All wall art orders are delivered by either DPD or Fedex and you will receive a dispatch and tracking email direct from the courier as soon as it leaves our premises. Most deliveries require a signature. You can use the tracking emails to rearrange your delivery if you aren't going to be in.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands may take an extra couple of days and carry an additional cost.

In the unlikely event that you need to return your artwork, please visit our returns portal here within 60 days of receiving your order
Please securely repackage your order in its original box, with the order number clearly marked on the box. The return must reach us in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a refund. The return postage will be at your own arrangement and cost. Most customers use the Post Office or a courier such as Parcelforce or Evri to arrange their return.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault or damage to your order, please visit our portal here with your order number, specific details and photos of the fault or damage so our customer services team can assist you with a replacement
Will my art look the same as it does on screen?
We do our absolute best to ensure the photos on the website are as close as possible to the printed artwork, but due to varying screen settings, minor colour variations are always a possibility. If you are trying to match to a specific colour, please email us at info@artprintshop.co.uk and request a sample of the artwork you are interested in
Is your print resolution sharp?
