Once an order has been placed by a customer it cannot be stopped as it is part of an automated production service but rest assured you can return for a full refund if you send your order back to us within 60 days of the delivery date.
As mentioned above we offer a 60 day return policy from the date of delivery. To arrange a return pleasesend us an email for a quick & easy returns process.
If your item has been damaged in transit please get in touch and we will arrange a speedy replacement.
For tracking and delivery queries please use the chat button below which can help you track your order.
For orders already in-transit it please feel free to live chat the courier company (which will be Fedex as per your despatch email).

Great service and very pleased with our canvas.
The proportions of the canvas I received were not the same as on the website, so I contacted Art Print Shop. Kerry replied swiftly and within a very short time had sent me drafts of the correct proportions. She arranged to have that printed and shipped to me very quickly. She told me I did not need to return the original and asked me to donate it to charity. Great customer service. I'm now looking for a large over bed canvas on ArtPrint Shop to complete the room and feel very confident in making a larger purchase when I find the right one. Thank you Kerry and Art Print Shop :)
