Our integrated sawtooth picture hanger is a great way to hang your new picture. You simply need a nail in the wall, and you are good to go!
Pick your spot
Identify where you want to hang your frame. Tip: Ask someone to stand back and check the positioning for you to ensure it is central to the space.

Mark the wall
With your picture in place, lightly mark the wall with a pencil at the top centre of your picture.
Measure
Measure the distance from the sawtooth part of the hanger (or 2 hangers if a large picture) to the top of the frame. This is usually as below (but please double check):
Canvas Prints 1.5cm
Framed Canvas Prints 1cm
Framed Prints 1.5cm

Mark your wall again
Measure down the distance you just measured from your light pencil mark(s) and then make a darker mark. This is where your nail or screw needs to go.
Hammer in the nail
Hammer a nail into place (using an appropriate rawl plug for your wall).
Place the centre of the sawtooth hanger over the nail, and straighten.
Tip: Use a spirit level to ensure it is completely straight!
